The Internationalization Tag Set (ITS) is a set of attributes and elements designed to help the internationalization and localization of XML material. It is a W3C Recommendation.

A new version of the ITS recommendation is being developped by the Multilingual Web LT Working Group. The latest published version of ITS 2.0 includes new features such as Localization Quality Issues and Rating, MT Confidence, Locale Filter, Text Analysis, and much more.
